“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised ; )”
Hebrews 10:23 (KJV)
It’s important to hold fast to the promises of God. We can be waiting for what seems to be such a long time that it feels as if it is never going to happen. But what do you do when it does happen?
We can become fearful and forfeit the blessings if we allow our emotions to dictate our actions. God wants us to remember that He is faithful and just. He will fulfill every promise that He has made.
When we feel doubt, we must arrest it and command our spirit to walk by faith. When we waver, it means we are unsure. James 1:8 says that a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways—that means in every way possible!
It’s time we walk in the full promises of God. Ladies, I encourage you to step out boldly and receive all that God has promised you!
Affirmation: Today, I choose to hold fast to what God has promised and spoken over my life. I will not waver. He is faithful that promised!
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
Galatians 6:9 (KJV)
Sometimes, while we are in our wilderness season, we can begin to feel overwhelmed by what we are experiencing. It may seem like this season is never going to end. We long for a way out — a new season or a new experience. It can feel like nothing is getting better, as if everything has become stagnant.
But it’s in those very moments that we must hold fast to the Word of God.
The enemy will try to deceive us into believing that doing the right thing — doing it God’s way — is pointless. That is a lie! The Word of God promises us that if we continue in well doing, we will reap in due season if we do not faint.
God desires us to be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” — 1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV
Your obedience, your consistency, and your faith are not wasted. God sees every seed you have planted, every tear you’ve cried, and every sacrifice you’ve made.
Hold on and keep trusting Him. Everything you are doing is worth it — and God Himself will release the blessing at just the right time.
Affirmation: I command weariness to fall off in the name of Jesus, and I receive a fresh release of strength from the Lord so that I may reap my reward.
“Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
It’s easy to focus on the things that don’t seem to be going right in our lives. We often find ourselves fixating on the obstacles that hinder our progress, goals, or aspirations. The energy we spend doing that can easily become negative—because that same energy turns into stress.
We become stressed when events, people, or circumstances are not pleasing to us. But today, God wants us to be free of stress and anxiety and to flow in His freedom.
God wants to lighten our load and teach us to rest in Him. He wants us to put away the planners and calendars, to quiet the noise, and to ease off from calling all our friends to tell our problems. Instead, He wants us to seek Him—because in His presence there is peace, wisdom, and true rest.
His Word says, “He whom the Son hath set free is free indeed.” We are not bound, but free in the Lord—free to rest in Him and to trust Him with everything we are battling or struggling with. The enemy desires to see us tied up, stressed out, and emotional. But God says today, “I have set you free.”
Jesus equals freedom. Jesus equals rest. Let’s surrender to it!
Affirmation: Lord, forgive me for worrying and wrestling with my problems. I receive the freedom and rest of the Lord in Jesus’ name!
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.”
Hebrews 11:6 (KJV)
Ladies, It's time to check our belief system! What are we really believing? Is it possible that we are not seeing the full manifestation of God’s promises in our lives because of a faulty belief system? Sometimes we believe the lie that we can’t do what God has commanded us to do, or that we are less than because of past mistakes or perceived failures. Many of us get caught up in simply trying to make it through each day rather than persevering in Christ Jesus and walking in excellence: as we trust God for everything!
There are moments when we must take our thoughts captive and examine them closely. Are our thoughts saying, “I am a failure,” or are they saying what Paul said in Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”? What we think, say, and believe determines how we live. God wants us to live in the realm of faith—not fear or doubt. Without faith—without complete trust and confidence in Him—it is impossible to please God.
We must believe that our heavenly Father is more than able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ever ask or imagine. He is faithful! God wants us to rest in His peace, knowing that He can handle every situation we face. He is a prayer-answering God who has not forgotten about us! He doesn’t want us to be moved by circumstances or emotions, but He wants us to rely fully on Him and walk by faith every day!
So, ladies, this is your friendly reminder: pull down every thought of doubt and every lie that contradicts God’s Word : 2 Corinthians 10:5 confirms this! Let us replace fear with faith, and discouragement with confidence in who God is! Choose today to walk by faith—trusting, believing, and knowing that God is faithful to perform everything He has promised. He truly is a rewarder to those who continually seek Him! Keep seeking, trusting, and believing in Him!
Affirmation: Today I choose to walk and LIVE in faith. I choose to reject fear and doubt and rest in the confidence of Christ Jesus. Amen!
“Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.”
Psalm 27:14 (KJV)
Beautiful women of God, I want to encourage you today: don’t be moved by your circumstances! In times of confusion, frustration, or even aggravation, we must still choose to trust God. When life looks completely opposite of what God has shown you or what has been prophesied, that is the very moment you must hold fast to your faith and not let go!
David, the writer of this psalm, knew what it meant to be pursued by enemies and surrounded by trouble. Things didn’t work out the way he expected, yet he declared: “Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.” (Psalm 27:3) David didn’t give up—he pressed deeper into his faith. He set his heart to remain in the presence of the Lord. Faith is not what we see; it is what we don’t see and still choose to believe. Many people let go too soon and abandon the dream, vision, or promise God revealed to them. But David shows us another way: he boldly instructs us to wait on the Lord and be of good courage. It takes courage to keep waiting. Yet as we wait, God promises to strengthen our hearts.
It won’t always be easy. Some people may walk away, even suggesting you missed God. But even then, you must still wait, believe, and hold fast to the promises of the Lord. He is faithful to accomplish everything He has spoken over your life! In verse 11 David humbly prays:“Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.” This is the key. While you are in the storm, what are you asking God? Are you asking Him to teach you His way and to keep your feet steady? Are you believing Him with your whole heart? Ladies, it’s time to snatch back your faith! Begin to thank the Father in advance. Ask Him to teach you His ways, to lead you on the plain path, and to give you courage to wait. Don’t move—stand firm, and trust Him to bring it to pass!
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase..
1 Corinthians 3:7 (KJV)
Ladies, in our lives there are so many circumstances and situations to deal with on a continual basis. From family challenges, to workplace struggles, from personal concerns, to relationships, we are often bombarded daily. Many of us naturally step into the role of "problem solver"—we see the problem, we want to fix it, and we come up with a solution.
However, when we came to Christ and accepted Him as Lord and Savior, we essentially signed on the dotted line that He is in charge! The truth is, many of us still wrestle with surrendering. We have such a deep desire to see our children, our loved ones, and those we care about become set free, saved, and delivered. Paul reminds us in this chapter of Corinthians: it is God who gives the increase!
Increase means growth, enlargement, or progress. And while we may plant seeds or water them with prayer and encouragement, only God brings the true growth! What may take you two weeks to grasp may take someone else a year. God calls us to patience and faith while He works.
Philippians 4:6–7 teaches us: “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Our part is to pray, trust, give thanks, and believe that the seeds we’ve planted will grow in God’s timing.
We cannot force anyone to make the right decisions. It’s not our nagging, pleading, or worrying that changes hearts—it is God who brings results! While He is at work, we must show love and compassion instead of judgment.
Always remember this: we don’t have all the answers. God often works through others as well, and we may never see the full picture. Just as the body of Christ is made of many parts, each playing a vital role, our part is equally important: to faithfully sow, water, and then step back in full confidence and trust in God!
So today, let’s release the pressure! Let’s remind ourselves daily: “It’s God who gives the increase.” Our job is to believe, love, and stay faithful—and let God do it!
So they inquired again of the Lord, “Is there a man still to come?” and the Lord said, “Behold, he has hidden himself among the baggage.”
1 Samuel 10:22 (ESV)
In this season, God wants us to stop hiding! In 1 Samuel 10:22, Saul, who was chosen to be King of Israel, was attempting to avoid his selection as king; and was hiding among the baggage. It is important to note that while the people were not able to locate where Saul was, God knew!
God knows when, where, how and why we are choosing to conceal ourselves from His plan. We have to remember that God loves us and is trying to help us! He wants us to stop using excuses and situations to hide ourselves, because it stops us from going forth with the things that the Lord has ordained. Some of us may be asking why God is allowing certain unpleasant, uncomfortable and challenging situations to exist in our lives? Our Father is doing this because He is creating exposure to the issues: in order to get to the core and root of them! The Lord wants to heal us from past hurts, traumas and disappointments; which some of us have converted into "baggage"! God is revealing to us what our “baggage” is so we can be healed, rise up from it and come forth!
So another question may arise: why did you choose me? This is basically the question that Saul asked Samuel in 1 Samuel 9:21. That question in reality is irrelevant. The fact is: He did choose you! Furthermore, God is equipping, anointing and preparing you for your next… because you are His choice!
Like the prophet Samuel, please allow me to speak prophetically the following into your life: You are God’s choice! God desires for you to go forth with boldness and confidence in Him! He is with you, and is fighting for you! God is more than the issues and challenges that attempt to work against you! God wants you to go full throttle! When the spirit of fear shows up, God is encouraging you to elevate your faith and trust in Him! Trust Him even when you don’t feel secure about the plan! Instead of hiding behind our issues, let’s hide ourselves in Him! Let me say this one more time Ladies, you are God’s choice in this season… Come Forth!
